Appliance Service Technician
In home appliance service specialists are responsible for the repair of major home appliances in the customer's home. Products repaired include the following home appliances: Washers, Dryers, including stacked units. Ranges, Refrigerators, Freezers, and other home appliances. This position provides timely and quality repairs of customers appliances while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Technical aptitude or strong desire to learn
- Internet and computer skills
- Must have the ability to read, write, and understand English
- Your own general hand tools
- Ability to lift and move most common appliances
- 3 years of appliance service experience

Customer Service Representative
Our customer service representatives are our customer's first experience with Ken's Appliance Service. They are also the go to person for both our customers and technicians and are problem solvers. Our customers reach out to us because they have an appliance that isn't operating properly and it's our job to get their unit up and running again as quickly and painlessly as possible. Our front-line representatives are a critical part of this goal.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls, emails, text messages and chats from customers
- Scheduling service calls and following up on incomplete jobs
- Assisting in routing technicians
- Supporting field technicians as needed
Customer Service Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school Diploma or GED
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to make quick judgment calls
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced workplace
- Empathy, patience, and efficiency
